Clove Counseling is expanding, and we’re looking for compassionate and grounded therapists to join our team.
While we specialize in working with couples—especially those impacted by early trauma—we’re also welcoming clinicians who enjoy working with individuals, families, and other group settings.
We’re looking for someone who values collaboration, shows up authentically with clients, and is excited to be part of a practice that’s growing with intention and heart.
Whether your passion is working with adults navigating anxiety and depression, emerging adults finding their way, or supporting clients through trauma or life transitions—there’s a place for you here.

A licensed clinician (or close to licensure) — LCSW, LCPC, LMFT

An interest in long-term professional connection and shared values
What we’re looking for
A workplace culture that prioritizes wellbeing
A warm, inclusive practice that honors your clinical style
Flexibility and support to grow your caseload at your pace
A collaborative space where your voice and ideas matter
A community that believes in healing, representation, and hope
